Lake Bemidji Dragon Boat Festival

Each team participating in the 2008 Lake Bemidji Dragon Boat Festival will have a designated area in the Team Village to use as your team's home base during the festival. The Village is located conveniently next to the team staging and boat loading area and near all the fun of the festival.

Although no overnight camping is allowed, teams are encouraged to set up tents, tables, chairs, and whatever else you want in your area to make it your team's headquarters, and show off your team spirit! Have fun with this! There will be awards for the most creative team sites.

Your site will be approximately 14 feet by 14 feet and will be located in the shady, grassy area of Library Park overlooking beautiful Lake Bemidji and the dragon boat races. The Team Village will be open and available for setup beginning Friday, August 1 at 10:00 a.m.
